We offer flat rate pricing on all of our dumpsters. Our price includes delivery, pick-up, disposal fees, and sales tax. We have a 1 ton weight limit on our 4, and 6 yard dumpsters. A 2 ton limit on our 10 yard dumpster. A 3 ton limit on our 14 yard dumpster and a 4 ton limit on our 20 yard dumpster. The cost is $60/ton if the tonnage exceeds the allowed limit. Unless you will be loading dirt, rock, bricks, concrete, or shingles, it is rare to go over the tonnage allowance. If you are disposing of these items please advise us at the time of the order so we can assist in estimating the weight.

If you are paying by credit card, you are not required to be present when the dumpster is delivered or picked up. We do ask that you give us specific instructions on the placement of the dumpster. Ex: Left side of driveway, behind barn, etc. If you plan on paying by cash or check, you will need to be present at the time of delivery.

Yes, we do take all appliances including refrigerators and freezers. However we do charge $30 for each refrigerator and freezer.

The landfill will not except those two items, therefore we have to make arrangements for a salvage man to come pick them up at our lot.
We ask that our customers put those items in last and then shut the door behind them. That way we can open the doors and easily pull them out at our lot before heading to the landfill.

Yes, you can use your rented dumpster to get rid of any old furniture that you no longer want. If it’s in good condition we do recommend donating it to charity or giving it to a family member. However, if it is too worn out to be passed on to someone else, your rented dumpster is a great way to get rid of it. You don’t have to worry about loading it in a pickup truck and hauling it to the landfill — we take care of that for you.

When you rent any size dumpster from Bin There Dump That, you’ll always get a bin with a set of walk-in double doors. The great thing about these is that you can place your waste where you want it and pack everything in more tightly. On top of that they can help to reduce potential injuries because you don’t have to lift those heavy items over the sides of the dumpster.

We let you decide where you want your dumpster as long as it can be placed in your preferred spot safely. Keep in mind that you will need at least a 6-foot gap between the bin and any wall if you want to be able to use the doors on the dumpster. We should also caution that your dumpster will need to be located well clear of any wires as well.
